Qualifications :

3. The expert on Sourcing/Purchasing/Supply Chain Management;
4. Rich supplier negotiation experiences, capable of independently leading negotiations and influencing the supply base to achieve department metrics for cost, quality, and delivery targets ;
5. Rich NPI project management experiences.

Description:
1.This position is expert of lighting industrial and responsible for sourcing for Buy to Sell Products Commodity for Lonon.
2.This position reports to the Global Sourcing Leader of BTS Commodity Management for ECC.
3.This role includes being the Supply partner for the business team (s) to include process definition, deployment, results and continuous improvement, strategy development and implementation, delivery to an annual operating plan for material deflation.
4.Conducts market research to understand industry, supplier, and competitor trends, develop and implement procurement strategies that are consistent with the ECC Global Sourcing strategy and processes for LED and core lighting to meet LOB business plans.
5.Work effectively with business development and cross-functional teams to standardize efficient NPI and BTS procurement processes that comply with ECC sourcing processes and drive continuous improvement of these processes to meet LOB goals and sourcing goals.
6.Identify suppliers/ negotiate supply contracts and drive standardized NPI and BTS procurement processes with suppliers to ensure supply chain to become a competitive advantage for Honeywell Lonon.
7.Work with business and cross-functional leaders to solve supply chain issues including supply shortages, supplier quality issues and other potential issues.
8.Manage supplier on cost, quality, delivery, services and terms/ conditions to fulfill sourcing goals and LOB goals.
9.Assure full compliance with all applicable legal and company requirements, including the Honeywell Code of Business Conduct, in all Procurement activities.
