工艺工程师
主要负责装配工艺
岗位职责：
1、 新产品的过程设计开发，控制过程开发的进度、质量、成本满足新产品项目开发的目标；新产品过程开发包括：制定工艺流程、工艺布局，制定流程图、控制计划、PFMEA、作业指导书、产能、人员配置、工时分析等工艺文件
2、 研究优化现有的工艺、过程，减少消除生产过程中的各种浪费，降低成本
3、 按照规定的方法保存、更新工艺文件、静态数据表等；
4、 及时解决生产中遇到的问题和其它部门提出的技术支持、优化要求；
5、 对员工进行工艺操作培训，巡查监督工艺纪律的执行；
6、 学习提高专业知识，提高专业技能，参加工艺流程图、控制计划、PFMEA、工业工程及关键的工艺过程包括注塑、喷胶、包覆、热铆、热压、发泡等专业知识的学习提高；
7、部门经理安排的其它工作

岗位要求：
1、工业工程、工艺与设备等相关专业优先
2、三年以上相关工作经验
3、熟悉TS16949质量管理体系、ISO14000环境管理体系的内容和要求
4、熟悉汽车行业新产品过程开发的流程及TS的五大工具的内容，熟悉特别是工艺流程图、控制计划、PFMEA、动作产能分析等工艺文件的制定
