Our Client is a world leader of electronics product manufacturer.


POSITION DESCRIPTION
Manage major vertical account independently, maintain long term relationship, collect market information , manage channel conflicts and provide quality service with the objective of achieving total customer satisfaction, meeting company sales quota and assisting management in formulating sales strategy to expend market segments within Net connect China Sales strategy, policies and guidelines as well as Sales Manager's and Industry Manager's supervision.


POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
Industry Development:

  1. Provide industry situation and collect competitor's information.
  2. Identify market opportunities and establish new customers to drive in assigned industry
  3. Identify and develop industry channel
  4. Formulate industry sales program reach the sales goal.
  5. Set up long-term relationship with customers.

Implementation of Sales & Marketing Plan:

  1. Understand company direction and apply it into sales activities, execute marketing plan, organize and participate in company marketing event in order to increase sales revenue.

Sales Activities:

  1. Pursue sales leads, make plan and take action on project sales, negotiate the project price, coordinate with customer service and technical support, support the sales strategies (with distributor, VAR, ND&I and SI) in order to achieve sales target and develop channel.

Customer Service:

  1. Build up and maintain good customer relationship, handle customer enquiries and coordinate with responsible personnel of various departments in order to provide prompt and qualified solution.
    Understand customer's technical and business requirement and provide best solution in order to meet customer need.

Marketing Activities:

  1. Maintain market awareness; collect updated market information and new technology development trends; and team-up with marketing department in conducting roadshows, seminar, channel update trainings in order to improve brand ranking and promote new products.

Report customer feedback:

  1. Handle customer complaints on logistic and quality problem, report customer feedback to management in order to improve level.
  2. Report counterfeit product activities to IP (Intellectual Property) department colleagues in order to minimize the impact of counterfeit products.

Others

  1. Coach and share sales experience with junior sales staffs in order to meet team target
  2. Accumulate experience in sales within product range or layout in order to provide better solution to end user.
  3. Update knowledge directly or indirectly related to NETCONNECT system, improve selling skill, for example, presentation, negotiation skill, etc. and get familiar with company system in order to work more effectively


POSITION REQUIREMENTS

  1. A Degree preferred in Bachelor Degree in Engineering / Science
  2. 5+ Years' experience working in related industry will be preferred.
  3. Integrity, time management, ability to work under pressure, teamwork spirit, self-initiative, independent
  4. Good English skill (Basic read & write)
