This role is to be the business leader for the Landscape/Garden in China. The main role is to develop distribution channel for Landscape/Garden business. Formulate the marketing plan and implement the plan for turf&landscape. Last, identify new business opportunities for Turf&Landscape business.

Accountabilities

· Formulate business development strategies with the help of national business manager
· Formulate the marketing strategies in Landscape
· Responsibility for Landscape business, including sales, expenses and profits
· Formulate and execute the channel strategy for Landscape in China
· Identify the new opportunities in landscape market and introduce new products to this market
· Cooperate with local T&L sales representatives and accelerate the penetration of T&L products

Transition accountabilities

· Responsibility for Landscape business, including sales, expenses and profits
· Formulate and execute the channel strategy for Landscape in China
Cooperate with local sales reps and technical executives; bring awareness of Syngenta brand in China Landscape Market


Requirement:
