人力资源助理 HR Assistant (3^rd Party)

Location: Guangzhou HP Plant

Job Responsibilities:
Provide support to HR which includes:

- Recruiting and onboarding technician
- Manage technician exit process

- Follow up employee labor contract

- Verify temp employee payroll

- Prepare HR regular reports
- Other administration work within HR Dept.

Skills and qualifications required:
- Diploma and above

- Working experience in HR or Admi

- Good communication
- Proficient in oral and written English
- Hands-on PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong sense of accountability
