工作说明/ Job Description
Analyze training needs to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs.
Plan, develop, and provide training and staff development programs, using knowledge of the effectiveness of methods such as classroom training, demonstrations, on-the-job training, meetings, conferences, and workshops.
Channel the customer feedback for further learning solution development
Understand the business and align with the competence development activities
by target group’s objectives.

Regional training plan/facilitation:

Based on the training needs analysis, work with line managers and HR partners to define the regional / Departmental annual training plan with financial and volume figures concerning key competence area, training cost, travel expenses, number of participants, number of programs. scheduling etc.
Fully understand business needs and sales requested skill, then make the annual training plan to sales dept. in region, modify and improve existing programs.
Understand and staff changes in regional and adjust the training plan accordingly. Regular to communicate with regional director for the training status update.
Base on training needs to design customize workshop by business analysis.
Arrange and deliver the dedicated courses combine with regional development project to help sales skill improvement. (Make sure the quality of local learning solutions to meet customer expectation)

Sales training:

Delivery sales training courses with high quality to meet customer’s expectation.
Support regional sales team to improve Selling Skill and Coaching skills according to SO requirements
Involved in sales solution training course development and collect customer’s training needs in advance, as well as to help in the development of the course and training tools and handout.
Understand the external marketing change and information of Pharmaceuticals, accordingly by collect and brief the fresh cases to dish out and make discussion in the training course to match working practice closely.

Coach:

Coach the first line of sales Rep and sales line manager’s sales skill by regular visiting doctor together
Evaluate the training result after sales training by doctor visiting with sales rep. together
Provide feedback to the first line sales manager and make the improvement plan accordingly with the sales manager.

IDP:

Collect IDP in region and push the high quality IDP was finished in region by every staff.
Do training needs analysis accordingly by IDP report analysis
Train the first line sales managers in regional and sales reps. to make sure the high quality IDP in place.
Follow up the IDP implement for sales rep. in region.

MIS:
To finish Monthly Reports about own responsibility area
Regular review regional training plan and report it to line manager.
To finish monthly working plan
