Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
? Assist Sales Manager to grow therapeutics business and achieve sales budget.
? Support Marketing team to develop company branding and valuable marketing activities, ex. exhibition, seminar, workshop, etc.
? Assist Sales Manager to develop the competitive strategies to expand market share
? Support Clinical Support team to provide quality operation/product trainings to customers when necessary.
? Assist Finance to collect Account Receivable.
Minimum Qualification Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree or equivalent majoring Medicine, Medical Technology, Nursing, Medical
? At least 3 years field experience in sales/marketing or clinical supporting with proven successful record.
? Familiar with sales process of blood centers and/or hospitals.
? Able to travel extensively (50%+).
? Being able to demonstrate complex medical equipment.
? Effective verbal, presentation and written communication skills.
? Ability to interact professionally and effectively with customers, physicians, nurses and other technical medical staffs.
? Ability to work independently and manage own time effectively.
? Quick learner and willing to work under stress. English skill is a plus.
