Key Accountabilities:
? Provide technical backup & case support at follow-ups, clinics and implants.
? Assist Territory Managers in providing after-hours on-call support.
? In consultation with Territory Managers and Divisional Staff, assist with technical in-services and presentations to customers.
? SupportTerritoryManagers with inventory control, including the expedited delivery of stock to customers as needed.
? Support Territory Managers' account sales strategies through regular contact with key specialists and technical staff.
? Support clinical study activities in conjunction with Territory Manager and Clinical Managers.
? Gather market intelligence on customer and competitor activity and communicate to Territory Managers and Divisional Staff.
? Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained.
? Ensure a thorough understanding of and adherence to any corporate or government compliance issue.
? Ensure a safe working environment in accordance with the relevant Occupational Heath and Safety (OH&S) legislation.
? Work within and actively promote Medtronic's core mission, corporate strategies, policies, procedures and Code of Conduct.
Experience and Knowledge:
? A minimum of two years experience in Pain, Neuromodulation, clinical or medical device industry setting
? A minimum of two + years of experience in nursing, clinical or medical device industry setting
? Sound working knowledge of OH&S / Risk Management / Workers Compensation legislation and Principles.
? Sound working knowledge of EEO and anti-discrimination legislation and principles.
? Nursing qualifications, general science degree, or similar preferred
? Post Graduate qualifications highly regarded
? Some interstate and overseas travel will be required.
? Some out of hours work will be required.
