Job Purpose：

？ Formulate, lead and execute visual merchandising and store maintenance activities in accordance with company standards and guidelines that achieve the intended retail identity and brand image results.

Critical Results：

？ Well-executed visual merchandising program that reflects intended look and feel of the season’s release, cost-effective, in synergy with the above the line marketing support, and reinforces brand identity and image.

？ Well-executed visual merchandising format that meet desired retail presentation standards in accordance with guidelines.

？ Wee-managed visual merchandising and POS budget (investment dollars maximized and properly stretched for maximum returns) through efficient and effective management of third party suppliers and contractors.

？ Competent and cost-effective pool or network of suppliers and contractors successful in delivering results

Critical Competency：

？ strong fashion/art sense (need to show such by the work he/she has done before)

？ previous working experience in a fashionable brand (deal with stylish cloth, not basic wear brands)

？ no need bachelor degree, colleague education in art or relative field (大专) will be fine, if education is not in relative field but has strong working experience will be acceptable

？ basic computer skills in office software like email etc., strong graphic skills like software of illustrator or core-draw or freehand or Photoshop (need to show such by his/her portfolio)

？ good communication skill in English especially listening and speaking

？ willing to travel and work hard in needed times
