将部门年度方针目标分解到月/周工作计划，并进行有效落实
定期对本部门工作进行总结与检讨，并向上级汇报部门工作
供应商的开发、管理、监控
组织收集和分析供应商信息，物资市场趋势，不断开发潜在供应商，建立稳定的供货渠道
合同的编制和完善
落实供应商考评计划
供应商持续不断的优化与整合
落实供应商档案的建立和管理
采购成本降低
产品成本的构成进行分析
进行供应商之间成本对比
原材料、涂料、配件国产化的推行
部门内部组织管理与外部沟通
部门人员规划
下属人员的工作安排与调配
对属员工进行绩效管理与评价
负责部门各项费用报销审核
负责控制部门预算
协调与其他部门的关系
