工作职责：
支持业务中心新业务的报价工作，提供工厂的相关成本和产能信息；
带领工厂跨功能小组配合研发中心的开发工作、规划产能和工艺方案；
负责工厂模具开发、验证，推动、跟踪设备的采购进度，协调出现的问题和变更；
带领、协调工厂团队评审研发中心的开发工作和成果，评审移转前的问题，保证产线顺利、合格的移转；
带领、协调工厂团队为移转做方面的准备，包括产线布置、物流周转器具、文控发放和人员配备等；
带领、协调工厂团队解决现场问题、使产线顺利达到样件生产状态和指标；
根据客户的交付要求，安排协调工厂的物料准备和生产，保证客户的交付；
带领团队完成PPAP的交付和批准，保证产线顺利进入量产；
带领团队解决量产后30天的质量问题和客户抱怨，提升产能达到设计目标；
控制项目成本，保证项目成本在预算范围内，达成最优赢利目标；
总结项目的经验教训，为项目管理积累更加丰富的经验和提供指导意见；

要求：
1、本科以上学历，专业不限，机械、材料或英语等相关专业优先；
2、8年以上项目管理工作经验，要求3年以上汽车行业项目管理工作经验；
3、要求优秀的英语听、说、读、写能力；
4、积极主动，具备团队意识，具有高度的责任心，能够承受较强的工作压力。
5、熟悉汽车行业的项目开发流程，熟悉TS16949体系；
