Job description

1.Oversee supplier quality performance
2.Improve supplier quality performance in continuously manner.
3.Develop competency for supplier quality team
4.Impement global policy/standards related to supplier quality
5.Promote best practice in the region related to supplier quality
6.Implement Supplier AQP to prevent components quality issues
7.Develop and implement regional standards for supplier quality
8.Support supplier quality problem sovling

Job Requirements:
1. Prepare monthly report based on plant’s report, including supplier PPM, supplier recovery,PPAP implementation, etc.
2. Analyze plants and regional quality performance, develop and implement action plan to improve supplier quality performance.
3. Identify the competency gaps, develop and implement yearly skill-up plan to close the gaps to meet business needs.
4. Be a liason to global supplier quality team, to implement the global policy/standards in the region
5. Implement supplier AQP, including PPAP.
6.Identify the best practice, develop and implement best practice promotion plan in the region.
7.Identify the systematic root cause for major gaps in problem solving and performance improvement, develop and implement regional standards to close those gaps.
8. Owner for escalated supplier quality issue, support plant to solve critical supplier quality issues
9. Provide support to improve quality performance for top/strategic supplier.
