PayPal和淘宝有本质的区别在于PayPal是做国外货币而不做人民币业务的，但是淘宝是做人民币业务的；PayPal的特性是做跨国小额业务为主的，所以和其他几种外汇支付方式不同，有他的优势所在；吸引国际买家访问您的电子商务网站；给家人或全球各地的朋友进行汇款；让您的eBay物品得到区域或全球买家的青睐从其他国家或地区在线购物，将您的担忧、烦恼和费用降到最低。

Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for PayPal’s Go-to-Market Plan and Execution
2. Define and acquiring Large Merchants/partners to use PayPal as their transaction payment platform and establishing PayPal as the leading online payment platform in respective vertical
3. Meet the sales quota on large merchant/partner signup and transaction/revenue volume
4. Work closely with BD manager on industry solution and sales leads following up.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree;
2. At least 5 years of working experiences; including at least 3 years of solution sales, business development experience with a proven record;
3. IT/Internet background, understand online payment industry;
4. Results oriented, strong in sales skills and eager to beat the target yet maintains the highest level of integrity;
5. An independent, self-starter, energetic, proactive and effective worker under pressure;
6. Strong team player, able to work with and lead a virtual team;
7. Strong verbal and written skills in English and Mandarin, plus good presentation skills in Chinese;
8. Excellent interpersonal communication skill;
9. Willing to travel extensively.
