Job Summary
Develop and maintain good relationship with Field Sales customers. Identify sales opportunity and obtain more business to achieve sales target with good team work spirit.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
l Assist Business Development Manager to implement all affairs related to business maintain and growth, providing professional sales performance report and marketing trend analysis at a certain period.
l Input into eagle-I and address customer's inquiries and concerns immediately.
l Interface and communicate with all related products and departments to set SOP to ensure smooth operation to minimize customer's complaint or service issues. For any service failure occurred, timely response and report will be taken to lessen the impact.
l Be responsible to push AR collection if have.
l Have good sense to identify sales opportunity, conduct sales calls and customer visits within the assigned territory through conversion, retention and penetration activities to gain more business.
l Refer to the yearly announced "Sales Incentive Plan" to strictly follow up the principle to meet the minimum sales quota and the set KPI in a required period.
l Any other duties are assigned by next level.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
l Bachelor degree or above
l Minimum 2 years' working experience in the related industry
l Good knowledge of Field Sales KPI implementation and AR collection
Languages and Communication Skills
l Good communication, negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skill
l Must be able to read, write, and communicate fluently in both English and Chinese
