Responsibilities:
Manage shipping/customs/ logistic
Lead a shipping team,about 5 staff
Building up effective shiping & customs declaration system to support routine activities,compiling shipping/customs declaration working procedure and syestem.
Manage,monitor & check shipping/customs declaration routine activities’ working,main in shipping delivery schedule,declaration contract etc.
Checking LC & new contract of customs decclaration and others important documents in shipping/customs declaration.
Negotiation with shiping line,forwarder,truck&customs declaration company for related freight,ensure cost competitiveness.
Internally,work closely with sales ,PMC,QC&warehouse department for shipping operation support,and with cross functional department to solve problems relating to workflow and procedure,ensure finished goods delivery on time.
Externally,reply & solve customer’s question and complaint on shipping/customs declaration etc.
Handle urgent and emergency case on shipping/customs declaration.
Interview & train the internal employees,improve working level and efficiency,and make the whole team to be a professional one.
Arrange Cargo booking, customs Data preparation and other issues;
Responsible for Import & Export Customs clearance arrangements and tracking of preparation and related issues, contact logistics company to arrange the goods in and out of warehouses, make documents, input the relevant formats , ensure to deliver FG to customer on time

Requirment:
Bachelor degree.
5+ years logistic,shipping,customs experience in manufactuirng industry
People management experience
Skilled in communication,coordination
Fluent in English
