职位描述
主要工作职责Responsibilities:
1. 执行并监督执行HR管理政策。
Be responsible for executing and supervising the HR management policy.
2. 为每个岗位制定岗位描述,并根据实际情况对工作内容进行调整。
Setup the job description for every position and making adjustment as the job content changed to keep match with the actual situation.
3. 根据各职能部门的要求招聘合适的员工。
Be responsible for the acquisition of qualified staffs and labors according to requirement of all functional departments.
4. 负责根据各职能部门的需要进行内部人员的调动,以实现更为合理的人员配置。
Conduct the internal personnel transfer as requirement of all operating department for the better configuration of the personnel.
5. 负责执行员工的具体调动工作,如:维护并更新入职、升职、调职、劳动合同的终止和变动;处理试用员工的相关事宜;每月汇总员工的调动和更新率,并上报集团。
Perform administrative details concerning staff movement, such as maintain and update personnel records on engagement, promotion, transfer, termination and labor turnover. Process matters related to probation of staff. Compile monthly data on staff movements and turnover rates for reporting to GROUP.
6. 提出并执行薪资福利政策;负责审核加薪及升职;保证员工的社会福利符合政府要求。
Conduct proposing and executing of C&B policy. Be responsible for appraisal of the salary raise and promotion. Ensure the social benefits for staffs to meet the government requirements.
7. 负责建立员工的培训系统;按年度培训预算制订培训计划。
Establish training system and making proposal of training plan within annual training budget.
8. 负责工厂所有行政管理事务,如员工上下班车、职工食堂或宿舍。
Be responsible for all administration transactions, such as transportation, staff canteen and dormitory, etc.
9. 完成集团高级人力资源总监安排的工作。
Other work assigned by Group Senior HR Director.
工作胜任要求Qualifications:
1. 本科以上学历,经济管理或人力资源专业。
Bachelor degree or above, majored in business management or labor economics.
2. 同等职位8年以上工厂人事工作经验。
At least 8 years plant HR working experiences.
3. 熟练掌握英语。
Be proficient in English both oral and written.
4. 积极主动,具有良好的组织、协调、沟通及管理能力。
Be positive and initiative, good capability of conducting, coordination, communication and administration management.
