职位职责：

1.现有的客户管理：与客户建立密切的关系，了解客户的组织结构，采购过程和技术需要
Existing customer management: develop close relationship with customers and understand customer's organization, purchase process and technical need to improve penetration

2.开发新的市场和潜在的客户
Development of new market and potential customer

3.完成个人和团队的目标：销售，新业务的预订，新客户，访问
Complete personal and team target in: sales, new business booked, new customer, visit

4.澄清询价，并从相关部门收集成本信息提出报价
Clarify the RFQ and propose the quotation by collecting cost information from relative departments

5.支持：质量反馈（投诉）；交付（重要问题）;货款收集（商业问题）
Support in: Quality response (e.g. claim); deliveries (if important issues), money collection (if commercial issue)

6.开发和维护产品，全面的技术知识的应用，特点，优势和好处
Develop and Maintain a comprehensive technical knowledge of the products, applications, features, advantages and benefits
