At least 3 year working experience;railway experience is prefered.

职位职责：

1.销售团队内部的支持性工作,包括ERP系统维护,投标文件的准备等;
supporting work in the sales team including SCALA system and tender documentation etc

2.协助合同执行, 包括货物交付,欠款统计,客户投诉;
assistant the project management including delivery, aging payment summary and customer colplain;

3. 客户来访管理.
customer visiting management;

4..汇总销售信息，并每月及时汇报, 文件管理;
Summarize the sales statatics and report monthly,documentation management;

5.参与客户的询价函处理及商务谈判等销售工作。
take part in the RFQ handling and commerical negotiation and related sales work
