Sales experience in anti-vibration mount would be a plus

英语水平四级或以上
English level above CET 4

职位职责：

1.按照公司规定的管理流程负责现有客户的联系和关系维护,及时了解他们的新的需求,处理销售过程中的各种问题和反馈
Based on company policies to be responsible for existing customers relationship maintenance and follow up their demand. Provide on site service to deal with quality or other sales services as needed

2.对指定区域和市场开展市场需求研究和新客户开发，提交市场信息和报告
Develop new customers in appointed territory and market, provide market information and report to management team

3.完成制定的销售目标,并接受公司的业绩考核或评价，同意接受公司相关的绩效和薪资管理制度
Complete distributed sales target, accept performance evaluation and related incentive salary programs issued by company
