Group Training Officer (集团培训主管)

Summary of Client:

我们的客户是一家专业生产高档皮具产品为主的大型港资集团公司，产品主要销往欧美市场，主要客户有Coach、DB、Burberry、GAP等世界顶尖手袋品牌。

Reporting Lines:

Report to: 文化宣传部经理（香港人）

Key Responsibilities:

1. 负责开发并讲授针对中高管理层人员的管理课程；

2. 督促和协助各部门制定部门培训计划和培训大纲，编制、修订、完善员工培训手册；

3. 作好课程评估、培训记录、培训考核等管理工作；

4. 拓展培训渠道和培训资源，积累培训经验和资料，并指导在各部门的落实；

5. 为内部培训师提供咨询和指导，提高培训质量和效果；

6. 负责对下属的工作能力进行辅导，分配工作任务，考核工作完成情况。

Job Requirements:

1. 大专或以上学历，人力资源、管理或相关专业；

2. 5年以上专业讲师或企业培训的工作经验；

3. 熟练掌握企业培训需求调查技术和方法，具备独立的课程开发能力；

4. 熟悉培训市场，能与培训供应商保持联系及合作关系；

5. 熟悉内部培训及外部培训组织作业流程；

6. 熟练使用办公软件，熟悉人事管理软件；

7. 具有敬业精神和拼搏精神，能够带领团队开展日常培训工作；

8. 优秀的表达能力、沟通能力、规划能力。
