Position： Logistics Assistant /物流助理
Report to： Logisics Administrator /物流专员
Location： Taicang, Jiangsu Province, China (工作地：江苏省太仓市)

Responsibilities:

1. 协助物流专员完成公司材物料、成品的进出口业务。
Assist logistics administrator to complete Import and export materials and products.
2. 负责进出口相关单证的准备和制作。
In charge of preparing and making relative documents of import and export.
3. 协助处理和解决进出口业务中产生的问题。
Assist to deal with and solve the relevant problems of import and export.
4. 负责进出口业务中产生的资料的整理和归档工作。
Responsible for data sorting and filing work of import and export business.
5. 给予其他部门相关事务方面的协助。
Assist to do something for other departments.
6. 完成部门或公司交办的其它工作。
Complete other works which are from department or company.

Requirements:

1. College degree or above with International Trade, Logistics Management or relative major.
2. At least 2 years in the related position.
3. Detail-oriented, careful, self-motivated and excellent communication skills.
4. Good computer skills, especially in MS Office and being familiar with SAP Business One will be Preferred.
5. Fluent English and Mandarin speaking, listening, reading and writing.
