职位名称：machining process engineer （机加工工艺工程师）
工作地点：江苏常州，需要经常到海外出差
岗位职责：
Implementation/improvement of the processes under his/her responsibility,Timing according schedule, cost according budget.
Development and update of work instruction and process controls ,Updated documentation available for operators .
Support the achievement of productivity and quality targets ,Productivity, RFT, defects per unit .
MBOM update,MBOM updated according to latest EBOM (and ECNs) .
SAP data update,SAP mfg data updated (routines, std time, MBOM) .
Operators training,Operators skills to produce the product in the area under his responsibility .

任职资格：
BS degree in Engineering
Master degree will be considered a plus
Experience in manufacturing engineering in agriculture or related automotive industry
Experience in manufacturing processes, new facilities/processes set up, mfg projects management and new product launch activities
Advanced English skills
Strong knowledge and experience in machining and heat treatment processes
CNC programming knowledge
Proficient in CAD, layouts, assembly drawings and/or component part drawings required
Desirable knowledge of Pro-E
Desirable experience with SAP
