职位描述

Responsibility:
1. Be in charge of Operation support department whole works including administration, purchase, finance, security & safetyt, reception, propaganda and fixed assets mgmt. etc.;
2. People management and team building for plant level operation support improvement;
3. Business support on GMO and plant management team: Stragegy planning, Key meetings & events support;
4. Focus on plant level KPIs: Security & Safety, CPB, Admin. service satisifcation;

Requirement:
1. Education:
a) Bachelor degree from a top China or Western University
b) Study in the US, UK, Australia or other English speaking country a strong plus
c) Fluent in written and spoken English

2. Experience Requirements
a) 5 years+ experience on factory operation (Especially on admin. mgmt.);
b) Experiences in plant cross function such as Security, admin. purchase areas;
c) Multi-national companies working experience
d) Strong commitment and attention to details and good interpersonal and communication skills;
