1. Development and execution of scientific communication Plan and strategies:
?Develop and execute scientific communication plans and strategies to support TA strategies and IPS strategis.
?Alignment and update Scientific communication plan and training plan in TATC,FST and FMT with MSL,Head of MSL and TA Leaders,
2. Knowledge management
?Execute and responsible for Knowledge management through innovative and efficient platform as Sharepoints, book series et al.
?Responsible for all TA and Brand-related scientific communication with internal customers
?External vender management on development scientific materials and tools.Accountable for the content of scientific materials, ensuring comprehensive, high quality and compliance..
?Responsible for the consolidation and distributionof brand-specific key messages and related materials and tools such as scientific slides resources,articles and publications.
?Consolidate all publications and presentations of whole medical Unit(Franchise) to sharepoint with Final quality checks.
3. Internal Scientific Training
?Understanding the needs and gaps of internal staff,including MSL,MA,KAM,FF et and develop TA training Curriculium with yearly update.
?Responsible for New On boarding TA knowledge training and certification.
?Training materials management: prepare, organize and manage training materials according to different roles and needs.
?Prepare and finalize internal training modules/solutions.
