职责：
Lead a sourcing team,about 3 manager,5 engineer
Be responsible to establish、perfect and assess all the Dept relative system
Set up reasonable dept targets and lead them to reach the target of annual KPI
Sourcing & developing competitive suppliers of global market in line with company product roadmap,
Practice and create the solutions that cut purchasing cost, push cost down annually, and raise the share of local purchasing
Play a positive role in project management, push ESI & NPI, gurantee the project is going smoothly.
Map out Dept’s short, intermediate and long tasks plan. Monitor the effect for actualizing, it includes staff qualification, procurement strategy, key suppliers' development
Seek for professional supply resource of accessory demand, define & implement the purchasing policy of tooling, stamping, injection, CNC machines
Support sourcing engineer to negotiate the contract with the Supplier
Develop and coach the sourcing staff. Eg: optimize sourcing channel, skills in audit and evaluate potential suppliers, standardize sourcing procedure, conduct sourcing engineer to be familiar with SOP, APQP and PFMEA!
Ensures support of operations or programs in Value Analysis, Ensures supplier keeping on quality improvement and post-launch support, strengthen the strategic relation between suppliers and toneluck, functions as a liaison between suppliers and toneluck.
Support procurement in short of supply, monitor the contract terms and gurantee all the purchasing operation obey the law.
Call for the meeting to handle unqualified sub-contract componsnts and raw materials. 岗位要求：

B.S degree or above
More than 10 years purchasing and sourcing experience in manufacturing industry,mechanical/Electronic/Electric/plastic.
Rich people management experience
Excellent global sourcing skills, with solid supply resource in mechanical,elctronic
Good cost saving skills, and achieve the target of annual KPI, Good skills to define, develop and implement the purchase strategy.
Good team spirit and skills at cross-function work; solid experience in project management, especially, RFQ and ESI management.
Coach and develop a global sourcing team with competitive ability.
Familiar with ISO9001/QS9000/ISO14000.
Know the key quality control list of specific industry beyond of standard sheet of suppliers audit , and identified the qualified supplier quickly.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Fluent in English
