职位描述
Responsibilities:
A. Specialist tasks (controlling, monitoring)
1. Controlling labor assignment and distributing work on the basis of planning specifications and supplements, taking account of deadlines, employee qualification, economic use of materials and work equipment.
2. Initiation and monitoring of the provision of material and working equipment at the workstation in accordance with the manufacturing orders, if necessary, requesting missing parts and clarifying differences in material consumption and arrangement of special measures and revised planning in the working area, e.g. in bottleneck situations, where material is missing, machines are not working properly or there are other problems in the workflow and initiation and monitoring of setup work at the workstations and working equipment, if necessary, optimization of the machine, installation and process parameters in cooperation with the relevant departments.
3. Assuring the quality of material, products and operating equipment by means of control procedures, if appropriate, determining reasons for failure and initiating corrective measures as well as securing and forwarding the results of control procedures and initiation and control of quality assurance measures, performance of analyses and preparation of statements in the event of customer complaints.
4. Supporting and instructing subordinates in difficult cases and laying down procedures in borderline situations, monitoring performance indicators, if necessary involving those responsible in the event of deviations from targets.
5. Entering, recalling and checking data related to the area of responsibility using the DP system (e.g. order processing, finished notices, production plans), involvement in the preparation of pictograms, work instructions and descriptions.
6. Instructing, supervising and supporting employees with function-related tasks.
B. Specialist tasks (planning, rationalization)
1. Involvement in the planning of SOP and the production of samples, if necessary, working out and suggesting changes to improve the workflow.
2. Involvement in the planning of economic deployment of employees, production facilities, work equipment, materials and power based on demand and time requirements and in the testing and introduction of new machines, work systems, workflows, process flows and materials.
3. Observation of existing working methods and workstations with regard to optimal design, if necessary, optimizing machine, installation and process parameters or working out and suggesting improvements, comparison of the working methods and machines specified in the manufacturing plan with the actual condition, if necessary, arrangement of changes.
4. Arranging and monitoring maintenance measures on work and testing equipment and monitoring and securing on-time work completion as well as involvement in machine acceptance tests for new purchases and repaired machines.
C. Pre-production, repairs
1. Carrying out all pre-production work due.
2. Support in logistic tasks for the respective area of responsibility.
3. Set-up and conversion work in the pre-production system.
4 .Carrying out repair work, if appropriate according to specifications made by those responsible.
Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, science major related.
2. Up to 3 years relatedwork experience in automotive lighting field.
3. Fluent English in oral and written.
4.Good knowledge of process engineering, production technology,protection of labor and the environment,motivation techniques,work systems design and analysis,quality assurance.
