- Be the technical focal point for supplier activities of process control and quality assurance
- Establish a structured approach for consistency and adherence to quality procedures and requirements.
- Work closely with other teams internally and suppliers to eliminate roadblocks and communication barriers that may affect quality requirements
- Support NPI project and make sure product can meet expected quality level at milestones
- Lead weekly/monthly quality review meeting at EMS/ODM side for mass production quality performance
- Aggressively drive on supplier development and product quality continuous improvement.
- Do supplier audit regularly and randomly with Philips request.
- Support on complaint analysis and make sure corrective actions can be implemented effectively and timely
- Help supplier on quality system improvement and urgent/critical quality issues effective resolving
- Train/Coach suppliers in line with Knowledge Transfer Policy (KTP)
- Make sure supplier quality performance is under management and review with supplier weekly
- Lead 2nd tier component suppliers audit and issue investigation, including electrical and Mechanical parts.


4．REQUIREMENTS

- BS/MS with major in engineering background.
- Hands-on experience of supplier or factory development on process& quality (6 years minimum), SMT and assembly production line experience are necessary.
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in cross-functional and global team environment.
- Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality, fluent in oral and written in English, willing to take frequent travel.
- Be professional on quality files (PFMEA, Control Plan, etc), quality tools, SPC, GR&R, and Six Sigma. Have experience on taking lead supplier audit and process improvement.
- Electronic product or mechanical part process/quality control experience will be preferred.
- Supplier quality process audit experience will be preferred.
- Sense of urgency and high resilience level
- Strong execution and ability of driving for result
- Ability to work under stress and ambiguity
