1.General Information

2. Position description
Position Purpose Role utilisation:
Training: 25%
Support & Fulfilment: 50%
Analysis & Reporting: 25%
To maximise customer retention and business expansion for by:
Training:
Planning and delivery customer training solutions and
conducting internal training efficiently.
Support:
Providing pre and post sales support to our customers and
driving / delivering fulfilment projects efficiently.
Analysis:
Identifying new avenues for use of data within the
Chinese market.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Customer Services
· Soft-selling: Use influence and knowledge during
customer contact to promote solutions and services,
and communicate sales leads to the Sales team.
· Resource Utilisation: Commit to the specified utilisation
rate for their local role. When requested by the line
manager, there may be a requirement to support other
markets.
· Error Reporting: Report any data errors or software
problems in the respective systems as requested in internal
policies and procedures.
· Communication: Share experiences and knowledge with
the central office and your local team
Role Description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Training
· Training Delivery: Deliver both internal and external
training and provide consultancy for products in
assigned markets. Training may be delivered in a
classroom-based environment, onsite with a customer or
online. Travel to other markets may be required.
· Training Course Development contribution: Contribute
to the development of training products and
courseware. Develop professionally as an education lead by
acting as an assigned course manager for specified courses
in the training curriculum.
· Administration: Internal and external training will be
planned in accordance with global strategies and regional
training plans. Training activities will be logged in the CRM
and other systems.
· Learner Support: Assist learners by phone, email or
online support tools and offer training advice and guidance
to learners. Perform training needs analyses of learners.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Support & Fulfilment
· Support: Provide first line support on technical product /
databases issues, and qualify them before handing them
over to second line technical support team for resolution or
further investigation.
· Fulfilment: Determine customer requirements and assist
sales staff in estimating the work and maintenance,
customisation costs, delivery time. Manage the products
presentation and installation at client sites or servers
and manage the delivery of fulfilment projects (custom
requests from customers).
· Service: Maintain products used by customers ensuring
they are using the latest software and production platform
(plan migration and updates).
? Training: Report client training needs internally and
provide basic client training at customer sites, handing
accompanying training materials and content prepared with
the training department.
· User Acceptance Testing: Participate in all UAT of new
product releases prior to product launch.

3. Skills and experience
Essential:
§ 3-5+ year’s experience in product planning, pricing, marketing or solutions based
training within the local Automotive OEM Manufacturer industry
§ Strong presentation skills, ideally some experience in delivering training
§ Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese both spoken and written
§ IT literate
§ Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
§ Willing to actively participate in a training/support/analysis function
§ Willing to travel (mainly within China but there may be a requirement to travel
abroad)
§ Passport
§ Ability to work with limited supervision and guidance.
Desired:
§ Some training experience, including training materials and course development,
delivery via classroom-based and online
§ Some sales knowledge and experience
§ Knowledge of V4 and/or Carspecs software and/or its immediate competitors
§ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, e.g. macros, pivot tables, advanced formula,
VLOOKUPS, conditional formatting, etc.
§ Ideally a university graduate or equivalent combination of college and work experience
