移动运营商总经理

工作职责：
1、制定公司手机产品移动运营商的市场销售策略；
2、执行公司销售策略并对全国市场开拓进行销售和布局；
3、制定针对各个省份的营销计划、分解销售目标，完成公司下达的销售任务；
4、分析市场趋势、需求变化、竞争对手和客户反馈方面的信息，为公司的战略发展和市场运作提供参考和改进措施；
5、负责销售中心人员的招募、选择、培训、调配、销售业绩的考察评估。

职位要求：
1，全日制本科及以上学历，8年以上工作经验，3年以上同岗位工作经验；
2、对手机行业有深刻的理解，能够指导并指引销售方向；
3、富有责任心和团队精神，思路清晰，善于表达，能承受工作压力。
4、具备优秀的团队建设和管理能力
