PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Controller hardware and software development base on specification or input from NPD or VAVE porgram

· Software debug according to the specification.

· Map out the reliability test item and plan for controller, like endurance, EMS,EMI

· Test and validate PCBs from supplier to meet the product development requirement

· Work with supplier to qualify the all critical parts, provide technical specification and qualification requirement for manufacturing & sourcing team.

· Control development criterion and process build activity.

· Collect and analyze controller failure and under grade data to drive quality improvement.

· Implement actively given by leader, continuously support leader to complete the control development.

Job Requirements:

· B.Eng Degree in Electronic/Electrical or better.

· More than 10 year experience in R&D development for controls software.

· Strong in control software development, have knowledge in VRF controller

· Be versed in C programming, Knowledge of MCU

· Familiar with normal electric parts, can use circuit design software.

· Fluent in English written and spoken.

· Having knowledge in air conditioner system is preferred.

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Good skill on Microsoft office.

· Ability to function in a team environment.

· Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.
