Principal Responsibilities:

· Responsible for VRF product daliy work, work with all function team to improve the product quality, operation excellence and product cost structure.

· Coordination of a team of Electrical, Analysis and Mechanical engineers and Technicians for the product exetension

· Develop major components for VRFair conditioning

· Work with supplier to qualify the all critical parts, provide technical specification and qualification requirement for manufacturing & sourcing team.

· Plan the procedure of product test and data analysis

· Implement actively given by team leader, continuously support leader to validate overall system performance

· Understand and implement ECO in Taicang

· Provide technical data for catalogues and specifications

· Ability to meet short- and long-term deadlines.

· Effectively meet the needs of internal and external customers.

· Ability to work regularly and dependably.

· Ability to function in a team environment.

· Demonstrate ability to cope with stress and maintain a pleasant and cooperative temperament with internal and external customers.

Job Requirements:

· BS or Master Degree in Engineering with emphasis in Thermodynamics, heat Transfer and refrigeration.

· 3+ years experience in unitary or light commercial product engineering, VRF knowledge is preferred.

· Factory working experience is a plus

· Good communication and teamwork skills

· Good PC skill

· English written, spoken and reading mandatory
