职 责：
1.Document center management:
1)Interface with BHR, TM, HROPS team to collect all must have documentation based on checklist, such as offer, labor contract, job change letter, training bond, etc.
2)Transform hardcopy documentation to e- document
3)Maintain hard copy p-file and e-documentation, to ensure response efficiency to customer’s requests.
4)Coordinate on documentation related issues, communicate problems and suggest possible solutions.
2.Employee labor contract renew management
3.New hire probation management
4.Provide support for people transform within Baxter organization, and communicate related information to CIIC
5.HRIS data management support
