职位描述

Responsibility:

Assist, coordinates and implements new products development and services for Eaton Electrical in line with market requirements (GB and IEC) to ensure future market growth.

A. Assist to develop new Vacuum Interrupters & modifies existing Vacuum Interrupters to the local Chinese requirements.

B. Assist to develops and implements to the project design goals & objectives – standards & codes (GB, DL, IEC), reliability, cost, quality

C. Ensures successful completion of the assigned project phase within the budgeted time and cost constraints.

D. Benchmark competitive products and technology on a continuous basis.

E. Interact with other Eaton design groups in joint development projects.

F. Coordinate work with drafter/ document control

G. Coordinating handover the design to regular production; including pre-production runs, handbooks, work instructions etc.

H. Works with our Supply Chain department to localize parts/ subassemblies; visits suppliers

I. Coordinates and builds prototypes. Performance testing and interpretation of results

J. Assist to identify weak points in current designs and help to improve it

K. Help in the technical analysis of returned VI’s from customer.

L. Entertain relation with universities and other knowledge pools

Requirement:

Education:

· MSc. in engineering. Electrical or Mechanical is preferred.

Language skills:

· English CET-4; Oral and written English

· Chinese

Technical skills:

· 2D&3D Design Software is pre

· FEM knowledge

· tolerance chains

· Knowledge about capabilities of manufacturing methods.

Material knowledge is preferred
