Company Profile:
One leading foreign invested company of water conservancy machinery industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Overall responsibility for sales and marketing activities in agriculture, chemical, water treatment of great China market
2. Supervises Account Managers and Customer Liaison personnel to maintain healthy business relation with existing customers and explore new businesses
3. Create and implement China sales & marketing strategies
4. Establish and maintain good governmental relationship for business development
5. Management of sales team in channel sales
6. Participate actively as a member of the executive management team, alongside the Managing Director and fellow departments (Marketing, Logistics, HR, Finance)
7. Manage the local services organization and deliver customer loyalty
8. Regular travel to regional offices and customers will be required

Requirements:
1. BS/BA Degree, BS preferred; MBA desired
2. 10 years min. on sales management role with governmental affairs experience and channel sales background.
3. Agriculture, chemical, water conservancy etc. industry experience preferred
4. Clear, concise written and verbal communication capability in Chinese and English
5. Team oriented
6. Organizational skills (planning, priority setting, delegating)
7. Results oriented (Business awards, customer profitability target achievement, etc.)
8. Handles difficult situations in a professional manner
9. Good negotiator
