Dynamic Resources specializes in Executive Search and Business Management Consultancy services to a wide variety of industries and commercial disciplines with particular focuses. With extensive network of 160 international partner offices, Dynamic Resources has global resources and local expertise to help the client obtain and retain the most qualified talents.

Responsibilities:
- Accountable to executive search assignments at different levels of management and executive openings;
- Manage/Execute/Assist recruitment assignments including designing search plans, generating candidates by different research methodologies and conduct initial evaluations on candidates;
- Interview and write assessment reports for client presentation;
- Collaborate with Consultants in other offices (Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong) in the group company on candidate and client management in the Greater China Region.

Requirements:
- University degree or above
- Relevant working experience in executive search firms or recruiters in specific industries;
- Fluent in English and Chinese;
- Confident, professional and mature personality.
