BE STORE Ass. Head Coach JD and Requirement

Description

- People Management - Manages employees and sets individual goals that link to departmental priorities. Coaches staff, supports development, makes hiring decisions, and drives performance management, recognition and rewards

- Assist Store Manager by managing one or more of the store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.) or by managing a particular floor/business in a large volume store.- Manage financial budget including labor costs and overall expenses

- Perform all store management functions in absence of Store Manager

- May have direct supervision of Dept. Managers, associates and/or Customer Service

- Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities

- May communicate with GMM/Visual team and/or oversee physical site maintenance

- Assist SM in delivering a premium consumer and employee experience and implementing/executing global and regional programs to drive business results.

Requirements

+ Very Good English communication skill including oral and written;

+ At least 4 years above retail management experiences and 1 years store manager relevant experiences;

+ Bachelor Degree Above;

+ Fully fit with company's culture. As an ambassador to promote Nike culture and influence team members.

+ Strong management capability to coach and lead team achieve succeed.

+ Advocate sports, He/She is a sports enthusiast and also bring energy to workplace

+ Strong Problem solving skill;
