Job Purpose
Be responsible for the fundamental implementation of various environmental safety and health activities in the organization to ensure compliance with environmental safety and health regulations.

The job location will be in Taicang.

Job Description
1. Responsible for environment, safety and health objectives, policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and relevant occupational safety and health setup rule and regulations
2. Conduct Regular EHS Risk identification, assessment , & control;
3. EHS procedures/programs development & implementation in line with ISO14001 systems, EHS requirements in SOP; EHS internal & external Audits & Inspection, Corrective & Preventive Action development & follow-up;
Chemical & waste management;
4. EHS Committee activities (as Environmental/Chemical sub-team leader);
5. Gambar Walk to supervise the EHS rules compliance in the plant
6. Implement EHS improvement actions/Suggestions
7. Daily activities as related to environment, health and safety:
Environment: Sewage, waste, gas, chemical etc
Health: Work station hazard analysis, especially for positions like NDT, painting and welding
Safety: Safe operations, and handle cases including near miss, first aid, recordable and lost work day
8. Provide the training of safety and health policies and practices to related managers and employees. Such as on-site safety practice, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment and materials. Trains and tests the safety policies and cases for new employees.
9. External Liaison and 3rd party affair handling related to EHS management
10. Maintain and record overall accuracy and punctuation of EHS data/files, analysis and reporting
11. Complete the job from superior

Position Requirements
1. Bachelor degree. Major in mechanical engineering/chemical/Environment Engineering.
2. 2-3 years experience in EHS.
3. Good planning, problem analysis and resolution, and organizational skills
4. Six Sigma Green belt certification preferred
5. Must be bilingual in English and Mandarin
