CMF (Color, Materials, Finished) Designer, (To Microsoft)

Mainly work on the back-end of whole design process. Follow up ID and CMF details.
- Good ID or Iad background. Most of them worked as a designer before they do CMF.
- Great sense of CMF trend, native good feeling of color.
- Help to improve CMF options after first version from ID.
- Heavy experience on material, know each detail of common materials of consumer products.
- Good sense of art, can work on Limited editions.
- Understand the high bar of detail qualities in development phase of production.
- More than 6 years working in foreign companies (like cellphone companies, Nike, etc…)
- Can support travelling a lot to factory.
- Mid-level English language skill.
