CLIENT SUMMARY
Our Client is a global IT service provider; it covers telecommunications, high-tech, pharmaceutical, trading, manufacturing etc.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
>Drives and executes creation and timely delivery of reports in close cooperation with the Back office and Suppliers;
>Processes input from various business and IT stakeholders, departments and regions to generate the required GEMS reports;
>Analyzes operational service data to support GEMS decision making;
>Sees to it that GEMS reporting standards and guidelines are respected;
>Supports Service Improvement activities with regards to reporting and KPI's.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
> BA degree
> 3+ years experience in an Integrated IT infrastructure environment
> MNC work experience in MNC or abroad experience
> work in or with a Service management team
> Fluent English (spoken and Written)
> Strong communication skill when leading and influencing a matrix team
>ITIL or, at least experience in Change/Incident/Problem Management or,
> Experience in SLA or contract management.
> Keen towards particular details. Sensitive in arithmetic.
> Excellent to native in written English.
