Abilities required:

• Assisting in the preparation of sales & marketing plans
• Recruiting and organising sales personnel
• Setting up, monitoring and controlling production, productivity and procedures
• Managing selected key customer accounts personally and developing new accounts
• Reporting and offering quotations
• Overseeing preparation, review and issuance of PO and invoicing
• Monitoring and achieving sales targets

• Ensuring effective and timely procurement practices
• Understanding compliance with Health &Safety, Environmental and Quality systems
• Operating efficient 24-hour service systems

• Carrying out other duties, sometime outside working hours, as required to meet the needs of the business
• Working as part of an international team

Skills & Qualifications

• Self motivated, organised and able to deal with customers/contacts at the highest level
• Graduate or post graduate in relevant discipline
• 5 years minimum commercial experience
• The ability to grow with the business and develop new contacts/customers as the business grows
• The ability to research and approach new customers/contacts
• Have a clear understanding of the local business laws and governance including employment law, taxation and personal allowances
• Excellent written and spoken English is essential

The job holders will report administratively to CBBC’s office managers in Nanjing, and functionally will report to and be supported by Barry Hood (company director) in the United Kingdom.
