Requirements / 任职要求:

- Bachelor degree or above；

生物工程、自动化、电子工程、计算机等相关专业本科以上学历
- 4+ years above experience in R&D, product management, pre-sales technology support of IVD industry；

至少在医疗行业从事研发、产品管理、售前技术支持4年以上的工作经验
- Fluent oral and written English & good computer skills/Microsoft Office；

具有良好的英文书面及口语能力
- Strong in data collection & analysis skills & creative & team work spirit；

善于信息、数据的收集和分析，具有高度市场敏锐度及创新精神; 良好的团队合作精神

Responsibilities / 工作职责:

- Product definition: Define new product or improve current products according to market information, industry trend and technology development.

产品定义：根据市场信息、行业发展、技术趋势定义新产品及改进现有产品
- Product management: Coordinate functional teams like marketing, R&D, manufacture, overall project management to product development, production switch, release to market, disliting；

产品管理：协调营销、研发、生产等职能团队，对产品开发、转产、上市、退市进行整体项目管理
- Ecosystem management: Manage partners related to product development, coordinate resource to accomplish product development；

生态系统管理：管理产品相关合作伙伴，协调资源完成产品开发
- Assist product line to define and implement the process for full cycle product management.
