Development Program Manager
Job description:
? Managing daily activities of a multifunctional team to bring a product from concept into mass production and owns overall program responsibility;
? Specific tasks include project budget management, risk definition and risk management, schedule development, contract writing, negotiating contractual terms.
? Deliverables: Capable of delivering product spec, dev schedule, costed BOM, team meeting minutes, project monthly status reports, design review summaries

Requirement:
? 3-year hardware program management experience with demonstrated team leadership success;
? Excellent people skills, communications skills, and is flexible and open to change
? Is self managed, action oriented, and results oriented;
? Able to make detailed planning and organizing;
? Strong customer focus and able to achieve success in a dynamic/harsh environment;
? A passion for technology passion and committed to delivering world class product
? Supplier management experience is a plus.
? Experience with the documentation system in the manufacturing is a plus.
