Job Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
? Work with insurance industry SMEs, insurance stakeholders and customer facing team to gather, clarify and manage the requirements.
? Lead the analysis of business requirements and developing proposals
? Lead designs, solutions or architectures, and direct their implementation.
? Make technical decision and provide technical strategy.
? Lead and build the high performance, innovative team.
? Design and propose the solution for customers.
? Provide the technical expertise to resolve the critical customer issues.
Job Requirements (skills/experiences)
Qualification for this position:
? At least 10 years experiences in IT areas, acting as a development lead or architect as least for 3 years.
? Working experience in global IT company is a plus.
? Successfully leading big customer solutions is a strong plus.
? Deep industrial background in insurance is a strong plus.
? Strong architect skills and technical skills, especially in J2EE/Web applications, in solutioning layered and distributed systems for high-volume, high throughput and low-latency online transactional applications, and in manipulating massive data (both in memory and in disk files).
? Deep understanding of model drive development and related development tools such as Rational.
? Deep understanding of analysis and design patterns and able to apply them to both application (entity) modeling and technical design.
? Understanding of agile development process is a plus.
? Strong Java Skills and experience. Architecting level.Master of at least one of industry leading Java frameworks (Spring or EJB), and able to customize / build architectural Java capabilities if necessary.
? Familiar with market leading database systems.
? Spring Framework architecting and development experience.
? Market leading ESB and Integration Architectures experience
? Strong experiences in BPM (BPEL and BPMN) and BRM (business rule management).
? Familiar with open-source resources of Java is great plus, including Java frameworks, web/portal/application servers, ESB, BPM, BRM, databases, batch, security, caching, and security etc.
? Proficient market leading middleware, such as WebLogic, and WebSphere etc.
? Skillful in UNIX is preferred.
? Excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and English.
? Excellent presentation skills, negotiation skills.
? Strong leadership, self-motivated.
? Strong problem analysis and resolution skills.
? Good customer facing skills.
? Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
