Software test engineer 1 /软件测试工程师_For Philips
Responsibilities:
1. Lead SW Testing with a team of 5~10 testers
2. Manage and coordinate ODM suppliers’ test team and quality of deliverables.
3. Test Cases Design for wireless Audio product range and associated mobile application software.
4. Supervise and monitor test plan execution, report test progress to project team and escalate if deviation are foreseen or occur.
5. Work with development team to resolve problems, provide assistance to aid issue fixing.
6. Mentor and provide guidance to testers and continue to improve testing team’s competency.
7. Responsibility for SW product quality assurance and help to improve test quality.
Requirements/Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years working experience in consumer electronics product quality assurance and/or SW product development, with good understanding of software test process.
3. Familiar with wireless audio and similar electronics products, capable to do basic problem analysis and aid development team to resolve issues.
4. Familiar with IOS and/or Android Application software test is a plus.
5. Good at team management, skilled in motivating people towards organization goals.
6. Good in communication, capable to influence and collaborate in across functional environment.
7. Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must.
8. Working with passion and initiative, Good team work spirit.




Software test engineer 2 /软件测试工程师_For Philips
Responsibilities:
1. Software test cases creation for Home Video and Home Theater System products.
2. HV&HC software requirements study and test case review with Architect team
3. Manage the test case deployment to ODM suppliers’ test team and ensure the quality of the deployment
4. Monitor the test case execution and result, report test status and feedback/escalation for test quality improvement.
5. Performance the testing for supporting the development/project team and new test case study.
6. Testlink database setup and maintenance, test media and facility management
7. Communicate with ODM test team and help to develop testing team’s competency
8. Responsibility for the continuous improvement of SW product test quality
Requirements/Qualification:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years working experience in consumer electronics product quality assurance and/or SW product development, with good understanding of software test process.
3. Familiar with DVD/Blu-ray/Home Theater System/Audio&Video Microsystem products, with related Audio and Video technical knowhow.
4. Good in communication and team work, capable to influence and collaborate with internal/external team
5. Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must.
6. Working with passion and initiative.
