Grundfos, joining the world leading global player and trendsetter within it's field already present in China with Headquarters in Beijing and Shanghai and production, R&D in more locations, now establishing new Sales, Production/Assembly and Service Company in Chongqing, and seeking a Business Controller with a range of challenging tasks that will develop the candidate to the next higher level and growth with a rapid expanding business set up.

Both internal and external candidates would be considered, but internal preferred.

Overall Responsibility of job

Be responsible for the overall Financial Control and to ensure proper internal controls are in place and support to enhance the overall competitiveness of businesses in the local company.


Main Tasks:

Corporate Functions: Business Finance, Corp Control, Internal Audit and Compliance

? External -Auditors; Local authorities, Banks, Customers and dealers
? Internal - General Management, local business functions, China Finance management, group finance management

Key/ Essential Areas of Responsibility

Enhance the competitiveness of the businesses

?Prepare reports & analyses on business plan, forecast.
?Support documentation of group shared accounting service
?Support group shared accounting service to manage the costs, credit, accounts receivables and payables of the organization
?Propose follow-up and/or corrective actions plan to achieve business targets, on financial and controlling aspects.
?Advise the higher and local management teams on the financial aspects of businesses in China in relation to Strategic Review, Annual Operations Plan, Quarterly Rolling Forecast, actual results and other studies.
?Work with GM/management team to propose and implement business strategies/models to adopt the changes of business environment.
?Support business negotiation
?Support business jointly decision.


Set up & enhance the relevant control policy /procedure & ensure the effectiveness.

?Understand the various business operation and the control points
?Keep updated with changes of the business environment internally and externally
?Review regularly the relevant operational, accounting, credit and internal control policy and procedures to ensure their effectiveness & efficiency.

Implement and Upgrade Order to Cash Risk and Business Risk Control

?General legal, tax, financial and business risk control.

Upgrade the overall organization.

? Support the improvement of the overall organization.
? Support the improvement of the efficiency of the operations by appropriate level IT and automation.


JOB PROFILE


Essential Job Requirements/ Personality


?Above 10 years of Finance management experience.

?Very strong commercial sense and business acumen.

?Strong verbal and written communication skills/ability in both English and Chinese to make top management level presentation,

?SAP experience is must to have
