Reports to (Function): 大区经理
Job Purpose
Develop and implement the company’s sales plans in a specified district or other geographic area. Supervise and coordinate the activities of medical representatives within a defined district or for a specific product line to ensure them obtain sales target. Work independently to maintain existing clients and to develop new business opportunities.
Major Accountabilities
- Develop working plan and objectives within the district;
- Achieve hospital sales target within the district;
- Propose sales objective and allocate sales target for Medical Representatives;
- Coach, supervise and help Medical Representatives to analyse and formulate their POA;
- Participate in the selection, recruitment and training of Medical Representatives;
- Evaluate Medical Representatives’ performance regularly and help them design an individual development plan;
- Manage and allocate sales resource;
- Select, develop and maintain target hospitals within the district;
- Consummate reporting system, assure timely feedback of market information within the district;
- Organize and arrange promotion and sales activities;
- Support Medical Representatives to solve sales problems timely;
- Plan and implement co-visit with Medical Representatives;
- Keep good relationships with hospital’s administrative management in all levels and drugstore supervisors, assist Regional MA/ME to develop and maintain local key opinion leaders.
- Coach and provide guidance to the staff to be compliant:
Education:
- University degree (minimum)
Experience:
- 3+ years sales experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 1+ years in sales management position;
- Good in English writing, reading, speaking and listening skills;
- Good leadership skills to direct a team of Medical Representatives;
- Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Sensitive to the pharmaceutical market;
- Able to work under pressure.
