职位描述
Client background: Our client is a famous French company producing high end glasses bottles. Mainly used in Cosmetics, Medical and FMCG industries. With 1,000 employees, it operates well in China market.
Responsibilities:
1.Plan and manage resources of cold end white room to follow the production plan and achieve reliability target;
2. Achieve the quality target and also no on hold production.
3.Manage and lead the group to adopt good 6S practice and comply with EHS requirements;
4.Ensure all inspection machines under a good condition and all inspection machine can run as expecting;
5. Set up and implement all procedure of white room ;
6. Optimize the production workflow;
7. To manage and monitor the discipline of Cold End white room team;
8. To cooperate with other workshop;
9. To follow up and control all the package material of white room need;
10. Fulfill other task assigned by production manager.
Requirement:
1. 5 years experience in production management
2. Bachelor of mechanical, automation, material will be a plus
3. Good leadership and management skills
4. Good English in both written and oral
