工作职责:
1.拓展和执行销售策略，协助开发重点批发客户
2.领导和管理批发团队完成业务目标
3.提高批发市场产品分销和覆盖更多批发客户
4.竞品信息的搜集与追踪汇报
5.重点客户管理
6.指导及鼓励业务顾问完成业务目标，提升团队个人绩效及发展
7.制定地区内业务顾问的拜访策略。
8.监督并确保队员正确执行公司销售管理制度

职位要求:
1. 大学本科学历，背景优秀者可放松为正规大专学历
2. 3年以上快速消费品行业外企销售经验
3. 2年以上销售团队及人员管理经验
4. 良好的沟通和团队管理技巧
5. 具备餐饮行业相关工作经验者优先考虑
