JOB SUMMARY:

To meet the exponential growth in Greater China, we are looking for a Sales Manager to join us to expand our card-issuing and acquiring business in Greater China to win sizable card-related applications and outsourcing deal from our major clients in the banking and financial services sector.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibility: % of Time Spent

? To develop long and short-term key account sales strategy and conduct smooth implementation to win new accounts.

? Establishing professional relationships (esp. VGM above) with key customers or prospects and acts as the key account representatives through working closely with both internal and external team throughout the Respond For Proposal (RFP) and selling process to win the deal.

? Has a good track record to sell and deliver consultant or professional services in banking and financial institution. Preparing business case and conduct presentation to key decision makers in banks and financial services institution to highlight the unique advantage of XXX products and services.

? Lead business negotiation with customers at all levels and mobilize the senior leadership team based on need basis.

? To provide a regular update to the leadership team on the sales plan versus actual achievement and to ensure the achievement of the assigned business goals and objectives.

? Maintain high level of customer satisfaction. Identify and resolve any customer issues on a timely basis. Able to mobilize internal resources or senior management team when necessary.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:

Level of Education: Type of Degree:

Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent from reputable University.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:

? Minimum of 7 years of key account sales gained from core banking or card related applications, solutions or consulting or outsourcing services targeting banks and financial institutions in China
? Strong understanding of card operation in banks or bank card transaction processing services (marketing, operation or sales) would be a unique advantage.
? Track record in formulating key account plan coupled with track record of winning sizable transaction processing or I.T. outsourcing or other technology professional services deal from banking and financial institutions in China.
? Strong commercial acumen and excellent problem-solving ability.
? Team player who work well in a multi-cultural matrix organization.
? Takes personal responsibility for addressing customer needs. Secures resources for customers as appropriate. Always accessible, especially when the customer is going through a critical period. Anticipates future customer needs.
? Assesses impact of change and reprioritizes work accordingly. Maintains a professional approach and focus, even when change creates stress and pressure. Helps others work through change.

? Fluency in both oral and written English and Chinese (Mandarin) is required.

Mobility –
? Willing to travel at least 30% of the time based in business needs.
