要 求:
- more than 1 year admin or secretarial experience in coordinating the activities of a corporate manager or executive in MNC
- Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin and English, ability to discuss complicated admin issues with native English speakers over the phone.
- Professional secretarial skills as well as PC-based communications skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Well organized, experienced in establishing systems for time and document management
- Ability to interface amiably and professionally with people of different levels and backgrounds
- Ability to work under time pressure and available as required for emergency logistics coordination as required.
- Extreme versatility required as well as willingness to work extended hours when necessary. Ability to work in the evening time (in office or at home) when necessary to accommodate time difference between China and US.
